This incident has been resolved and data is now visible again in the conversations table of Campaigner.

Investigating
Campaigner is currently unable to load messages into conversations for viewing. We are aware of the issue and have identified the cause. No data has been lost and message delivery not effected. We are working on restoring this functionality in Campaigner as quickly as possible.
