Volt has become aware of downstream key orchestration issues with one of our direct connect aggregator connections. These issues have resulted in a partial outage within our core messaging. Messages sent by affected accounts are reported with this error message: "This key has been marked as inactive."
We have identified a workaround to this issue and are currently implementing a change. We will provide updates as this incident progresses.
